Description of Change:
This proposal suggests a controlled vocabulary to support the RIF-CS Rights element, in particular, registryObject:collection:rights:accessRights:@type
The vocabulary terms proposed are:
o onlinePublic: the digital collection can be freely accessed via the internet. Registration may be required but no other conditions or obstacles to access and/or use apply. onlineConditional: access to the digital collection via the internet, and/or its use, is conditional on one or more criteria.
o offlinePublic: the collection may be digital, physical or a combination of both and is not available online. It can be freely accessed according to information provided in the Location element. No further obstacles to access/or use apply.
o offlineConditional: the collection may be digital, physical or a combination of both and is not available online. Access is available according to the information provided in the Location element and is conditional, as may be its use, according to one or more criteria.
